Δώδεκα μαθητές με την καθηγήτρια τους μαθαίνουν με ευφάνταστο τρόπο το κλάσμα… μαθηματικές έννοιες γίνονται παιχνίδι και οι μαθητές μαθαίνουν και κατανοούν.
Στάδια μαθησιακής παρέμβασης
- Φτιάχνουν μέσα στη τάξη ένα λουλούδι, χρησιμοποιώντας ξύλινα χρωματιστά ραβδάκια, και το χωρίζουν σε ίσα 8 τμήματα
- Κατανοούν ότι όλα τα 8 τμήματα αντιστοιχούν στο όλο 8/8=1
- Ολοκληρώνουν μια φωτοτυπία, ώστε να το έχουν ανά πάσα στιγμή στη ύλη των μαθηματικών
- Βγαίνουν στην αυλή και σχηματίζουν ένα μεγάλο λουλούδι σε 8 μέρη.
- Το χρωματίζουν, φτιάχνουν έναν κύκλο και μετά ένα παιδί αποσπάται από τον κύκλο, ώστε να φανεί το κλάσμα
Τα παιδιά μαθαίνουν διασκεδάζοντας, και φυσικά θα το επαναλάβουμε!

Learning Fractions through Gameplay
Students and their math teacher found a very interesting and enjoyable way to learn fractions.
- Students created a flower using coloured wooden sticks.
- They numbered 8 petals, so as to understand the whole flower.
- They took 1 or 2 petals from each flower and wrote down the mathematic term.
- Then, they went to the schoolyard playing a role play act. They designed the same flower on the ground and coloured it.
- They depicted the flower holding each other’s hands, conceiving the idea of the unity 8/8=1.
- In the end of the role play, 1/8 (a girl) was moved out of the unity.
The students found it very interesting and funny learning maths in such a playful way. People who took part in the project: 10 students, the Math teacher, the Art teacher and two other supervising teachers.
